Step 1: Create Your Free Account
Begin by setting up a free account at Debitura. Visit the platform to register. This account will allow you to manage your cases and communicate with our team directly.
Step 2: Select Case Type
Once your account is set up, you will need to choose the type of debt collection case you wish to pursue:
– Pre-Legal Debt Collection Case: For undisputed claims where legal intervention is not required.
– Legal Consultation: For disputed claims, where you can receive free quotation to understand your legal options.
Step 3: Case Review
After registering your case, our team will conduct a preliminary review. We will reach out to you if we require any additional information to proceed. If no further documents are needed, we will commence the Pre-legal debt collection process immediately.
How to Upload a Multiple Cases
If you’re looking to handle multiple collection cases for the Pre-legal process , we streamline the process for you. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 2: Upload Multiple Cases
To upload multiple cases, you’ll need to fill out a specific CSV file with details of each case. Please download the CSV template, add your case and complete it with case information detailed in the file. This step is designed to streamline the submission of multiple cases, ensuring accurate and organized data entry.
Step 3: Submssion of the CSV File
Once the CSV File is completed and all information of your cases is added, please send the CSV file through email to [email protected].
Step 4: Case Review
Upon submission of your multiple cases, our team will review each one to determine if additional information is required. We aim to start the debt collection process as soon as possible, provided all necessary documents are in order.
